Unlike other Blue Lotus remedies, this is taken orally and tastes really lovely! You can feel an instant reset of the nervous system, calm, clear and at ease! I even use on my 3year old, and I have now found that when she even feels overwhelmed she knows to ask me for it. Highly recommend, what a tool for nervous system reset- something we can all do with in this day and age.
