Sharing a bit of my experience with Blue Lotus the last few days. It really is a nervous system reset. I spent the last week putting myself through it. Last Thursday I was in the hospital for dehydration, then spent the weekend diving deep into trauma integration and had just not been feeling like myself. This is a great medicine which provided noticeable relaxation to the body, mind and nervous system. It allowed stress and anxiety to settle and greater amounts of calm was experienced during periods of relative chaos. In combination with Liberation and Redemption the Blue Lotus provided the safety and relaxation to the nervous system in order for it to process the healing and reorganisation that was taking place. Energy was able to flow more steadily and succinctly while providing me with a peaceful process over the period of using this medicine. It’s the best nervous system relaxant i have come across and a great ally to humanity!
