Working with the “golden trinity” – Closure, Universal Panacea (UP) and Regenesis – is an incredible adventure. I approached this powerful triad of remedies at first by working methodically through at least one bottle of each on their own. I started with Closure, which I used either in the morning or at night for several months while the remedy supported me to work out various mental and physical blocks. The first thing I noticed was a feeling of deep calm, even when the going was tough. I started sharing it with family and friends when I felt sure about recommending it and had gained some fluency in describing its effects. In particular, I shared it, even in tiny doses of a drop at a time, with people gathered for rituals, or even just to have a good time. My New Year’s party was legendary – I have never enjoyed such a relaxed, stress-free and positive gathering!
I then moved to UP, a more complex and challenging remedy that, in my case, brought physical pain to the surface, specifically back pain and a strong sense of physical exhaustion. I know I could have worked with a reduced daily dose, but because my Closure experience gave me a strong sense of resilience, I found time to rest rather than slowing down the remedy (highly recommended if you have the luxury of being able to push through discomfort. I spent a long weekend in bed!). Even if it was confrontational, I could feel deep pain rising to the surface and leaving my body altogether. I have had no back pain at all since my healing crisis.
The third trinity remedy, Regenesis, came to me as a relief from the challenges of UP, and offers a major reinforcement of learning and healing I gained using Closure. This remedy is so gentle, subtle and uplifting that it’s now my best friend of all three remedies. Increasingly, I like to take it at night, not only for sleep support but because I sense it working deeply to integrate and balance my system, including through co-creating the openness and energy flow I’d gained from the first two remedies.
Several months into using the Golden Trinity, the three remedies are now the basis of my daily remedy regime. I experiment freely with dose size, time of taking them, how far I separate them from one another, and so on. I sometimes take one drop of each remedy side-by-side when I feel I need the support of all. In combination, I find they keep me balanced, peaceful, responsive and alert to the gifts of the universe – I get a sense that things will just work out well if I stay peaceful, and then they do. I experience serendipitous moments of kindness from strangers, joyful moments of awareness of light, beauty and the yearning of the universe towards wholeness, a sense of rest and respite even when the world feels chaotic, and some remarkable insights that help me work more easily, efficiently and effectively.
The Golden Trinity offers a subtle and gently unfolding exploration of physical and spiritual ailments and the resolution of troubles. And with the experiences they’ve given me, they are now one of my favourite gifts to pass on to special people.
